80 mph back to Oakland on 18th. Drove to San Jose storage next day, took very long way home. Drive to work and back the rest of the time. 3/29: P0380 code, replaced #3 glow plug. Filled at Concord Shell by work.

Matt replaced the engine at 309,665, swapped the clutch, swapped the factory 5th gear for a taller .658, and did a bunch of other work to get it back up and running. Turns out a cam lobe grinded itself down so low, it was not engaging a valve (#2 was showing very low compression) - I told him to just swap out the engine prior to finding out about what happened, otherwise I would have just a rebuilt head thrown on with a timing belt job. Low fuel light came on at the base of the Grapevine, filled up with standard diesel in Valencia.

Filled with HPR in SD. Engine isn't running well, no pressure/boost, possible exhaust leak somewhere because of exhaust noise, smell, and lack of power. Need to replace dogbone mount as well.
