Had Aaron (Growler on TDIclub) swap the timing belt (new 100k belt kit), clean the intake manifold, adjust my turbo actuator, and install a S/T racepipe as my EGR was "puking" oil onto my valve cover. While in there he also replaced one of the motor mount kinda things, changed the gear oil, found the brake booster vacuum line to be cracked (replaced it a couple of days later), and got me a new fuel filter "T". Total cost: $1,150 for Aaron, ~$50 for the brake booster line.

Last tank with untuned PP520s. Noticed that, if I left the car idling for just a moment or two, there was a decent puddle of raw fuel at the exhaust... Obviously not good for mileage. Hooked up VAGCOM and get it tuned today. So much smoother/more oomph.

Another reason my records aren't perfect at this point, I was mixing store purchases with some ULSD that my dad had purchased and was keeping in a 300+g tank. When we saw prices rising he locked in probably 250g at $3/gal. I'm recording everything at store prices though, example, for this fill up I showed a "full" 6g container from my pops' container and 2.5g from BP to top it off. Recording it all at the 3.439 I paid at the BP.
