New air filter installed day before this fuel up. Old one didn't look bad, but the engine would stumble when cold until it hit 2000 rpm and then it leveled out. Condition has not returned, so I am hopeful for another 1 or 2 mpg on average.

Put more than 10 gallons and you use more gas to move more gas. Shift points I use 1-2: 1750 to 2000 rpm (~20mph) 2-3: 2000 rpm (~32mph) 3-4: 1750 to 2000 rpm (42 to 45rpm) Torque converter lockup: 42 to 50 mph depending on throttle position. 45mph cruise around 1250 rpm.
