Put more than 10 gallons and you use more gas to move more gas. Shift points I use 1-2: 1750 to 2000 rpm (~20mph) 2-3: 2000 rpm (~32mph) 3-4: 1750 to 2000 rpm (42 to 45rpm) Torque converter lockup: 42 to 50 mph depending on throttle position. 45mph cruise around 1250 rpm.
