This was the "B" service. LED light in passenger side front door was replaced. Driver side wiper was adjusted so it would stop hitting windshield trim. Also included: Injector service, Fresh Air/Disinf, Fine Particle Filter, Dust Filter

This was the "A" service. The "Volume Down" button on the steering wheel fixed via system reset. Previously when it was tapped, it would mute the volume instead of lowering it.

Summer to winter wheel and tire swap. Wheels were mounted incorrectly by dealer. (Front wheels were mounted on rear axle. Rear wheels were mounted on front axle.) LED light in driver side rear door was replaced.

Time: About 8:30am Location: 590 Southbound Was going 10-20mph. Car was in "Individual" mode with the Engine set to Sport and the Suspension set to "Comfort". Turned wheel left, applied partial throttle, car jerked 2-3 times. I let off the throttle for 2-3 seconds and reapplied. Car moved normally. Prior to getting on the highway that morning, the car did exhibit rough shifting at low gears. (Gears 1-3)

Car violently jerked 3 times after applying partial (30-40%) throttle from slow coast (~5mph). It stopped after I'd let off the throttle and forced a gear change using the right paddle. This occurred around 7pm, temperature was around 70 degrees. I'd driven 14 (highway) miles at that point. Car was in Sport+. More jerky shifts after an uneventful drive back to Rochester. Happened again at about 11:55 AM. Behavior occurred when applying light throttle from stop / rolling stop. In this case, it occurred on a slight decline and the car had 4 people in it.

First sign of jerky shifts @ ~1180 miles after an uneventful drive to Syracuse the day prior. I can't remember what mode the transmission was in. Behavior occurred when applying light throttle from stop / rolling stop on level surface.
