A windy week (gusts up to 72kph). Good to follow it but against the wind it goes 80 full throttle. Hence the mileage.

Carb membrane probably went off. Rough on acceleration, can't tolerate low RPM when unchoked and more misfires than usually, especially on low end.

Super-eco mode A usually 5l/100km GV650 used 3.86l in that trip. :) Deauville ended up with 4.11.

Either a false alarm due to small combustion chamber versus a long compression meter hose, or the bike fixed itself while standing. Anyway, back to my old love... :) PS.: Several duel-ups merged into one.

Cylinder compression: Front 7bar, rear 6.5bar. Dont trust trhe reading too much though because the tester hose is quite long and the engine is 125cc per cylinder so the volume of the hose may have a significant effect on the true compression. Switching to "Half virago" right now. Hope a leakdown test will tell me something.

Trip to Ukraine: Back to Lithuania. Air filter dry, mileage and throttle response goes to normal. A little cheat though. 100-110km/h right behind trucks for minimizing wind resistance.

Trip to Ukraine: A good rain shower in Poland for approx 100km. Must have soaked the air filter because I had to push harder for the same speed, a lot more misfires in the exhaust and didn't tolerate low RPMs. More gas and the only thing that was spinning the engine was the rear wheel on gear.
