Feb 28 2019

This tank done completely without a fuel pump. The new usable fuel capacity is about 1.9 gallons... I brought some extra fuel with me. Lots of efficient riding and tucking this tank. Reserve DID NOT help when I "ran out" of fuel. Ran out around 210 km.

Slightly less tucking than usual, installed vacuum gauge and using DWL, also slightly preheated oil pan. Several runs up and down blood mountain. Did not switch to reserve.

Had to switch to reserve to start it shortly before fillup, little brother rode for about 20 miles. Tank was slightly overfilled, fuel started coming out of cap, so will have to fill with less fuel from now on.
