Valve adjustment: intakes are fine at .005. Left them alone. Exhaust were at .007(still in spec,but on the tight end). Set them to the loose side at .009. Cleaned little vacuum slide filter. It was about stopped up. Recapped plugs. They were actually set at .025. Opened them up to .030. Installing ProCycle dash. Solder joint was ad when I got it, so rebuilt the wiring harness. Bought a new HD tube at Cycle Gear for the rear. Old one is leaking around valve stem. Lubed chain Checked air filter. Letting it ride for now. Installed Tusk Dsport rear tire for Adventure Palooza. Old tire has 1750~ miles on it, but don’t think it would last the entire trip. Will put it back on eventually to finish it off. Installed Procycle poly Cush drive bushings.
