Trip to Mission. Last trip of the 2023 season. Filled up just enough to get home. Note about the current state of the bike: The bike starts fine with choke even with kickstart. Bike idles unevenly lately when cold. Probably due to ethanol deposits in the carbs or dirty spark plug in one of the cylinders. Once warmed up it rides well and picks up speed fast enough. I rode one extra thousand kilometres on this oil because I wanted to combine end of season with regular maintenance interval. I ordered new bearings for the front wheels and swing arm along with new rubber seals. The tires grip was satisfactory in wet and dry conditions even for 24 year old tires. Bike will have the carbs cleaned, valve check, front bearings replaced, swing arm serviced and painted, front steering stem lubed, front fork serviced and oem .65kg/mm springs replaced with .90kg/mm springs with new bushings and fresh 15w oil.
