Tire pressure ok 33 front 36 rear. Soft front brake, checked piston seals for leaks, found none. Cleaned brakes again with brake cleaner only. Bled system again very thoroughly, revealing a small amount of air from each caliper. Brake feel improved. Pads plenty thick, recently inspected by Cycle Stop 4/2018 with pass.

Cleaned brake pistons and calipers, flushed and bled brakes, flushed coolant with distilled water and vinegar (50/50), replaced coolant with Engine Ice, and repainted coolant reservoir cover, washed reservoir bottle and rinsed with distilled water

CHANGED W/ ROTELLA T6, NEW K&N YA-6814 FILTER, KN-204 OIL FILTER. CHAIN CLEANED AND COATED WITH DUPONT TEFLON CHAINSAVER.

Cleaned and lubricated chain. Adjusted slack and alignment. Lubricated throttle tube, housing, cables. Lubricated clutch cable and lever. Adjusted throttle and clutch cable slack. Adjusted tire pressure, off by 2 PSI each wheel. 36 rear, 33 front.

CHANGED BRAKE PADS TO EBC HH SINTERED PADS. NOTED REAR INSULATOR WEAR. NO INSULATORS PRESENT ON FRONT PADS. SHIMS IN GOOD CONDITION. CLEANED BRAKE CALIPERS AND PISTONS. NO DUST SEAL VISIBLE, A FEW PISTONS SEIZED BUT MOBILIZED AGAIN. CHANGED BRAKE FLUID DOT 4 LUCAS BRAND.
