Coolant last checked during valve clearance service; level OK, color OK, no sediments observed on drainage. Brakes OK. Tire pressure last adjusted 07/2019 to 33/36. Valves adjusted to within factory spec. All intake valves in upper half of spec. All exhaust valves tight to 0.18mm, adjusted to high end of spec.

Clutch slipped on very cold morning 11/14/18. Haven't driven bike since. Waiting on clutch pack to arrive. Corrected tire pressures today to 33/36, recharged battery, removed, cleaned, and replaced air filter. Cleaned chain with Dupont degreaser and lubed with Maxima chain wax. Valve check due soon and clutch pack should be replaced soon. Planned service in early or mid January, weather permitting.

Flushed front brake one more time to renew fluid after tying lever to bar overnight to dissolve microbubbles. Cleaned chain thoroughly with Dupont degreaser and lubed thoroughly with Dupont Teflon Chain Saver.

Changed with new LMAR8A9. Used plugs amber in color no damage, looks like normal light wear. Probably didn't need to be changed yet.

Replaced front brake lines with CoreMoto stainless steel braided lines. Rebuilt both front calipers with AllBalls Racing rebuild kit, including new oil seals, dust seals, cleaned all 8 pistons, new slide pins, new retaining clips, new banjo bolts and washers. Flushed brake fluid and rebled with reverse and pressure bleeding. Rebuilt master cylinder with OEM rebuild kit from Babbitt's. No leaks or kinks, no visible contaminants or deposits seen in piston bores. Lever very firm after procedure. Awaiting rear brake line replace without rebuild.

FRONT WHEEL BENT IN POTHOLE BIKE NOT DROPPED, REAR WHEEL INTACT. CHANGED FRONT WHEEL WITH FACTORY NEW WHEEL AND BEARINGS KIT FROM ALL BALLS RACING W/ NEW OIL SEALS. PRESSED INTO WHEEL BY CYCLE STOP. ROTORS TRANSPLANTED WITH NEW ROTOR BOLTS PUT IN W/ THREAD LOCKER PER MANUAL. REPLACED SPROCKET BRACKET, WASHERS, AND NUTS AND MISC CHASSIS FASTENERS.
