x4 new Toyo winter tires mounted and balanced, front and rear shock absorbers/struts installed, wheels aligned, front brake lines replaced and front system flushed. Full chassis inspection. Tires 175/70r14 speed 52mph when speedometer reading 55mph. Adjust mileage, multiply by 0.95 for accuracy.
