PetroCan Townline - Repairs to bring up to acceptable condition - Replace front and rear rotors, replace rear pads - service all sliders. Replace fluids - Transmission and filter, front bevel box fluid, rear haldex fluid and filter and rear diff fluid. Replace strut mounts, stabilizer links, front lower control arm rear bushings. Replace rear rag joint/guibo - aftermarket version vibrates at 100 kph, reinstall original joint. replace ignition coils, plugs, water pump/coolant , timing chains and guides, and re &re balance shafts to remove stupid flimsy oil screens. remove cam bridge oil screen as well. Carbon clean all intake valves while intake off for water pump. Engine oil and filter change. Remove RNS510 radio to re-solder chip - worked for 2 weeks. Replace radio with updated aftermarket w android auto. Replace broken driver's side rain trayDiscover water leaks into drivers footwell coming from clogged sunroof drains, unclog drains - found amplifier under drivers seat corroded to nothing and inoperative. replace amp with used, repin corroded connector. sand and repaint rusty brackets, clean and dry carpet and underpad. recheck for leaks found none. Timing chain cam/crank correlation @ 1.41 after job (up to 5 acceptable, was 6.5 before cam chain replacement.
