Mileage from Canada trip: - Rochester > Niagara Falls (park) - Niagara Falls > Toronto (Heavy QEW traffic in/out of Toronto! More than doubled travel time: 3hrs.) - Niagara Falls > Rochester Mileage also contains some local travel, but very little.

First fuel up after increasing the tire pressure to the VW spec 41 lb. tire pressure. I always had it at 36 lb. to 38 lb., since I didn't understand how to "train" the car to use the 41 lb. pressure. It always threw a tire-pressure error on the dash cluster. The local repair shop explained how to train it, and this tank reflects the increased mileage using the proper tire pressure. Impressive!

This is the first fuel up after the car had a major service visit. The powertrain warranty covered replacing the dual-clutch assembly and electric motor. This repair was due to a failure in parts that Volkswagen covered under warranty. As a result, this fueling was partial. I wanted to give the car a fresh fill up to track the mileage after the installation of the new parts, which fixed problems I didn't know I had before.

93 Octane, 10% Ethanol About half this tank, the car was driven with some problem that caused the batteries not to be used. The regenerative breaking system operated and changed the battery, but driving was only with the engine.
