The trip mileage average calculated by the Prius showed 36.8, but the actual mileage was 34.2. Somehow, the way the Prius calculates the MPG is not truly accurate. So far, we haven't come close to the EPA estimated city mileage of 43 MPG. I also note that the speedometer reads 2 - 2.5 MPH faster than the GPS speed indication, which I believe is accurate.
