Rock Springs WY to Denver CO and then to Sterling CO. Noon Thirty to 7pm in Denver and morning from Denver to Sterling along I75. Aggressive driving was required to keep up with traffic SB i25 towards Denver. 6 stops with city driving in Denver. Dry. Temp avg 70F in the afternoon and 60F in the evening. Next day 55F in the morning to 72F at noon. Moderate cross/head winds on the highway leaving Denver in the morning. Altitude at 6500ft to 8000ft though Laramie: 7200ft and to 5200ft in Denver. From Denver to Sterling: 5200ft to 4000ft. Speeds avg 65-85 mph. Spent lots of the time p&g and drafting trucks. 85 octane available but used 87 octane without noticeable effects.
