Gas station attendant topped off Preee! in Haskell, NJ, on the way back from TR. We were on our way to NJ Audubon Society's Weis Ecology Center in Ringwood, NJ. NJAS runs this ultra-friendly operation, 40 miles west of NYC, and it has a ton of fairly difficult trails. Revist this place again, on the way down to to TR, and when we have more time

Down to three cubits in Wolfeboro, NH. Hit it with 5 gals of Sunoco regular and (sort of...) top it off. NOTE: this is the kind of mileage Pre gets hauling a kayak on its Yakama roof rack in cruise control at 50-55mph. I'm pleased!

Took it down to three cubits, drove it some, had no problem getting 5 gallons in there... Maxed out the cubits for the tank = more-or-less a fill up.

Johnston Gulf. Guage showed 3 cubits, down from 4 when i pulled in last night. Could barely get 5 gals into the tank = accidental fillup?

Took it down to ONE "cubit" and that's as far as it ought to go. Manual likes nothing less than a quarter tank, so perhaps I need to think about perhaps five gallons when it gets to THREE "cubits."
