Included a trip to muscle car madness in Rangiora (30 degree plus day) and a seriously good fang up and across the Port Hills with a VW R32 - he was braver around the blind bends then me, but the MR2 was quicker on the long downhill and more visually open bits, not bad for a 29 old car :-)
