Sub venturi butterfly modification: chamber A and B linked with T piece to shutdown VSV. This follows the EGR mod as half closure of the sub venturi butterfly occurs at idle after engine warm-up. This chokes the engine, however if EGR was connected, the choking may not occur. I suspect EGR choking may occur at sub boost cruising resulting in over fueling.
