Inserted washers in between the side and center pieces of the tow receiver. I’ve had a squeak that I think is from pulling that part of the frame when tightening the bolts and nuts. Hopefully this quiets it down

Replaced headlight bulbs with Hella 130/90W. Drivers side went out.

Changed front brake pads. Wagner QuickStop ZD436A Ceramic. Old pads had multiple shims on the back and I think that was causing the brake noise.

Rotated tires. Attempted to plug a hole in my spare, but the hole was too small for the plug and needle handle to fit. Also aired up tires from 28psi to 32.5psi

Oil change. Shell Rotella T6 and Denso filter. Tried to use a big boy Purolator filter but the filter housing has a piece that sticks in the way so I used a Denso I had. Also added a bit of clutch fluid

Upgraded headlight wiring and installed Hella 130/90W bulbs. The LEDs were bright, but weren’t better or give off more useable light and it’s nice to have brights again.

Rotated tires. Cut out the bumper more to be able to fit safety chains and sprayed rusted areas. Aired up air springs and did a minor repair with electrical tape haha.

Replaced wipers with Michelin from Costco. Cheapest ones I’ve seen for the quality. Seems like a hybrid kind

Finally bought a good vacuum pump and put the AC system under vacuum. Held vacuum for 20 min and then filled with refrigerant. Had some issue with the R134a can adapter, but it’s blowing cold air now

Reinstalled exhaust manifold heat shield that i also spray painted with high heat paint. Had to drill a couple holes and buy new bolts. Also taped over the hole in the metal intake tube that opens to that box that sits over the exhaust manifold. Hopefully this’ll keep the intake air temp down; that metal box gets pretty hot.

Wheel alignment at Conover. They also adjusted my rear control arms for free so now my thrust angle is 0.1; it used to be 1.33

Replaced right rear lower and upper control arms with adjustable control arms. Finally fixed the rear axle angle. Now I need to get an alignment.

Truck wouldn’t start yesterday. Cleaned and sanded negative and positive terminals and connections. Sprayed battery terminal protector. Sanded down rust in battery bracket. Starts good.

Replaced busted AC compressor with used OEM Denso. Replaced bad parts with the following new parts: TYC Evaporator, Bando AC Belt, Denso Receiver Drier, UAC Expansion Valve, and Murray Condenser. Also flushed AC lines and put new o-rings. Have not refilled refrigerant yet.
