Multi-Point Inspection and Service at Acton Chrysler. They used 5W20 oil "because that was what was on the coupon you used". Idiots. Now will need to do oil change on my own before our trip. They said front brake pads are low, and BACK TOO - despite my having just done those a short while ago.
