I could have waited on this tank, but for those of you scoring at home, This concludes this test of the Subaru get-a-way capsule. The trailer I pull is an American Teardrop Hawk model. It weighs 960 pounds. This was all freeway, and a disclaimer: The speed limit for pulling a trailer in CA is 55 mph. I run about 62.

Ok, so if you are following along, The gas stations are few and far between in the forest. I have a teardrop trailer, and went camping in a primitive campground. Now I'm headed back to civilization, and its all downhill from here.

Holy Gas Prices, Batman! This is the highest ever paid for a fill up in recorded history. Not to mention the 16% grade I had to get over.
