On 1-14-2024 at 30,152 miles on the odometer I swapped out the Michelin Pilot Sport All Season 4 tires on 18-inch alloy wheels for the Bridgestone Blizzak WS80 winter tires on 16-inch steel wheels I've had since December 2017 on my 2018 Mazda 3 FWD sedan I traded in on the 2021 Mazda 3 AWD Turbo. All four Blizzak tires have worn evenly with 8/32 inch of tread remaining over the 6 winters.

Replaced wiper blades at 27,385 miles. After several cleanings of the originals in the last year for leaving streaks I replaced the wiper blades with Rain-X Silcone AdvantEdge, boasting 2X Longer Lasting. $36.99 for left and right each, and a gallon of Rain-X 2-in-1 washer fluid for a total cost of $80.00 at Autozone.

Mar 18 2023

Switched Blizzak tires on 16 steel wheels back to the OEM 18" Turanza on alloy wheels at 21,556 odometer miles. I did not record the odometer when I put the winter tires on 11-25-2022.

Jul 20 2022

Oil change and tire rotation today. Previous oil change (the first) on 9-17-2021 at 7,486 miles, 8,473 miles ago. Two weeks ago the car alerted me of low oil level. I added a 1/2 quart of Shell 5w30 synthetic and scheduled this oil change. I set the car to remind me of next oil change in 6,000 miles, not 10,000 miles as set by the service tech. Inspection sheet says tires have 9/32 and 8/32 inches tread remaining after just short of 16,000 miles. Well above the replacement depth of 2/32.
