Mostly rural driving, some small city trips and about 100 km of highway driving. Swapped used winter tires for new Michelin Pilot Super Sport summer tires @ 288.7 trip/87604 km. Drove 300+ kilometers on them and they handle amazingly well, they're quieter than the old Potenzas and lighter by 5 lbs/tire so I'm saving 20 lbs of unsprung weight. Fuel light on for 60.9 km. Drove 6,072 km on winter tires since late October 2020. Swapped General Altimax Arctic 12 winter tires for new Michelin Pilot Super Sport summer tires (225/40ZR18 88Y) purchased, balanced and installed at Canadian Tire. Alignment check performed, everything passed and was within specs. Tire Replacement Advantage included in case of blowout or other unrepairable damage. New tires are covered by pro-rated Road Hazard Damage and warranty for six years. Also comes with rotation every 10,000 km and free flat repairs. Odometer: 87604 km.

Replaced front brake pads and rotors. They could have been used another year but the rotors were starting to rust and squeak excessively. Rear brake service performed. Purchased 1 glovebox lightbulb and 4 spare lug nuts. Mazda technician recommended not to use the locking lug nuts with steel rims. Odometer: 83113 km

Replaced Panasonic battery with a new Motomaster OEPLUS with a 4-year warranty at Canadian Tire. The old battery did not start on a warm day, needed a boost then load tested at only 415 CCA so I bought a new one with a 640 CCA capacity. Before purchase it tested at over 800 CCA in-store and it was only manufactured a month prior. Odometer: 81780 km.
