Serviced at Pep Boys. Engine oil: Pennzoil Platinum 5W-20 Oil filter: Proline (PPL14459) All four tires reportedly cupping. I was shown and felt this on one of the tires. The cupping likely caused the alignment to be out. Cupping is not bad enough to suggest new tires. Suggest maintenance: replacement of front struts (~$842.94) and rear shocks (~$285.54). Alignment may help, but because tires have been rotated it is not possible to tell if the cause is the front or rear suspension. Alignment performed. Alignment report with receipt.
