Figured out how to get the TC to fully lock up at cruise speed. TC locks at ~63-65 mph. Set cruise control, then drop speed back to ~59-60 mph. Engine is only turning about 1,700 rpms at this speed. -Did not fuel at regular station, was on flat surface. May have not filled as much as my regular Shell station, where the nose is aimed downhill. (NK Lukoil)
