Today went to Brake Masters for new rotors and brake pads, general maintenance. $350 and lifetime warranty. Brake Masters on Speedway

5/17/14 Flat tire patched up Rear tire had hole and new tired replaced- was at 60%. Will need to replace another tire in 4-5 months. Serpentine belt may need to be replaced.

Repairs: Air bag clockspring, R&R clockspring, added, to fix horn, cruise control, airbag light. Headlight was repaired with new wiring on driver side so that highbeam now works. $561 total in repairs at Big O

Jeep as of April 25 has: electrical dash gauce issues (intermittant), engine area oil leaks at timing cover and valve cover, leak at transfer case shifter area. When doing front bakes is going to need steering knuckle repairs. Left side high beam INOP. Needs wipe blades and steering dampner is leaking.

Mileage today: 148090 Need to take vehicle to Simmons in 3,000 miles to have u-joints (drive shaft) greased. Free. Mileage to do that: 151090

Tire blew. Went to Big O and got: 4 new Goodyear Wrangler tires, p235/7515. A size down from the tires on it. The spare (donut) tire now is same size as current tires. $120 a tire, came to $600. Flat repairs and rotations performed free- ever 3000-5000 miles. I got a thrust alignment for rear end ($50).

Grease Monkey: Full service oil change using High Mileage 10W30 Premium Bulk Oil (cost extra). $34.99 Coolant Top off 3.80 + 3.80 They recommend power steering flush, and Rec. both differentials for around February. Total cost for services (include light bulbs etc) $67.35 Recommend

Bought from Autozone: new sparkplugs $15. O'Relly: distributor cap ($20) and O2 censor (2) front and back ($140). Installed by my mechanic for $75 labor. Jeep already sounds quieter, runs smoother. Will fuel up soon and watch mileage.

Added brand new idler/tension pulley. Belt possibly squeaking very badly and using a belt spray to try and contain it. New serpentine belt added and problem solved.

May 21-- fixed leaking lower radiator with new piece. Put in brand new serpentine belt (top of the line at Autozone $13.99). Oil change and filter STP. Radiator flush & new antifreez (orange). Total cost for labor: $80. Parts: $80. May 23-- Tire balance and rotation and tire pressure check for $40.

First full fuel-up as current owner. Gas was 3.53 unleaded at the Quik Trip (QT) I pumped in 14.139 gallons at a total of $50.04
