Was able to stop the oil leak in the left fork by cleaning out the fork seal with a homemade tool. Also filed down a few burrs on the stanchion tube. Not sure how much oil was lost by the leaking seal but there was old dirty fluid on the fork.

Picked up the bike and rode it 20km from Yarmouth to Wedgeport. The bike worked great but the throttle is a bit stiff. Also noticed that the left fork is leaking oil so the seal will have to be replaced. Also cleaned the chain and installed the backrest with rear rack. The battery is an aftermarket unit, Kimplex brand. Did not notice anything else wrong with the bike.

Cleaned the chain. It was pretty grimmy. The chain was properly adjusted with 30mm of slack.

Purchased the motorcycle in Yarmouth, NS for $3600. Bike has seen very little use as the odometer reads 2166 km. All components appear to be original including the tires. Extras on the bike include a backrest, small rear luggage rack and a cell phone holder on the handlebars. The backrest and rack are genuine Honda accessories. The seller also included a storage cover and the owners & service manuals.
