I actually did not just do 3.5 mile trips, there were plenty of longer trips including one that was about 200 miles that i got 40 mpg on. Mods: Ditched cardboard grille-blocker and made a less ghetto looking and better designed foam grille-blocker. Also removed intake resonator and windshield washer fluid, about 11 lbs off the front of the car, and now it sounds hella better too. If the resonator stayed on, my tank average certainly would have been 30 + mpg. During resonator-less "testing" i got about 18 mpg.
