Lots of short trips, had cooling problems at one point. Resolved through bleeding the cooling system (extensive idling). Didnt really drive efficiently on this tank.

Experimented with a different fill up technique, filled 12 gallons, then tried to fill at the slowest rate possible after that. Unfortunately, i filled till about 13.2 or so gallons until I set it to auto stop, and it stopped less than three seconds after that. Which means I may have filled the tank more than I usually do. So I assume an error of + - 1 gallon. This trip consisted of a few short trips as well as a long drive up to deals gap, and some spirited driving when I got there.

I actually did not just do 3.5 mile trips, there were plenty of longer trips including one that was about 200 miles that i got 40 mpg on. Mods: Ditched cardboard grille-blocker and made a less ghetto looking and better designed foam grille-blocker. Also removed intake resonator and windshield washer fluid, about 11 lbs off the front of the car, and now it sounds hella better too. If the resonator stayed on, my tank average certainly would have been 30 + mpg. During resonator-less "testing" i got about 18 mpg.
