Torque converter is not locking up for first 20 minutes or so of driving... even on the highway. Noticing that when it's not locking up fuel goes down at a rate I can guess is near 18 MPG... once torque converter begins locking up fuel economy jumps up to normal. Service due in 500 miles... going to include a new torque converter and complete transmission flush.

Performed NS Safety Inspection. Replaced 4 rotors. Remove and repair (fill and bronzed) Transmission Pan. Replace Driver's Side Ball Joint/Lower Control Arm. Remove badly rusted Radiator mount, fabricate new and replace. Replace Bypass Coolant Hose.
