Replaced the brake pressure switch (the frontmost one under the master cylinder). The old one was bad and causing the cruise control to not work. New one solved the issue. Easy fix.

Tires ordered on Amazon (Roadlux LT225/70R19.5, 14-ply, $860 for six). Balanced and mounted at Craig Tire in Belen, $284 including a $15-per-tire recycle fee.
