Noticed hesitation in slower accelerating at lower speeds. I checked the oil level, but it was not low. If anything it looked to be over filled.

Checked the oil and added 1/2 of a quart of oil. I did not check it due to any issues. I only checked the oil because it had been a while since I had last checked it. No issues noted at this time.

Checked the oil level, and it was ok. I did not add any oil. I was not checking the oil for any reason other than it had been a little while since I had checked the oil.

GPS not working. It had a no signal (red circle with line through GPS). After I shut down the truck and restarted it, it was working.

The entertainment system completely froze while I was driving. The screen was frozen and audio stopped playing. No input was registered on the system either by touch or using the controls on the steering wheel. Climate controls still functioned by using the physical buttons. I pulled off the highway and shut off the truck, got out, shut the door and locked the truck but the screen remained on. Everything else shut off properly. I got back in and started the truck and drove home. The screen remained frozen on the same screen from before I shut off the truck as the screen never shut off when I powered down. When I got home I was parking and had to put the truck in reverse which activated the review camera. It also let me activate the front camera and cycle through the viewed, but it would not let me go off of the camera views and back to the Home Screen. When I shut off the truck the screen just went completely blue, then finally shut off. I tested the radio about 30 minutes later and it appeared to be working properly.

I had Ford service the driver side door because the keyless entry was not working on that door. The door would lock and unlock, just not by using the keyless entry. Ford said that the issue had to do with the battery needing to be charged and the system needing to be reset. Due to this I bought a trickle charger to make sure the battery stays charged. Ford recommended driving the truck more often.

Had the truck checked for the faults that occurred on September 5, 2019. They found the faults in the system, but could not find the issue.

I was driving the truck pretty hard in sport mode and notice that above the engine temperature gage it started to numerically show the actual temperature. I believe it showed around 236 degrees. This was right after I got on 99 and was getting off the highway to turn around and come home. Prior to this I had been stopped on baseline due to construction for about 10 minutes with the truck in park and idling.

Went to get into the truck after lunch. I had remote started the truck. When I got it, the dash was giving me multiple warnings saying to get it serviced and review the manual. I drove the truck about 3 feet and it felt like I had no power stealing. The ford pass app told me there were 3 faults, one for the engine, and that it had reduced power, one for the abs system, and one for the collision system. I shut the truck off and let it sit for about 4 hours then came back. The truck started normally, and didn’t give me any additional errors. After I drove home, the app no longer showed me any errors. In the message center I could still see the errors and took screenshots of them.

Work on the recall for the b-pillar fire hazard. Work on the oil issues I have been having. A leak in the oil plug was found and a new oil plug was installed. New tracks were installed for the moon roof and sun screen. Auto start/stop was fixed.

Since picking up the truck from the dealer on 11/28, the auto start/stop feature has not been working. It has not activated since that time. In the past 2 weeks I have noticed that the system always says it is not activating because the vehicle is charging. I have driven to and from Davis and Roseville at separate times while not using anything other than the radio, and the truck still says it is charging. I was not using the heat or headlights.

10,000 mile service performed which included an oil change and tire rotation Informed dealer of engine burning through oil. The dealer inspected and said that a new seal and oil plug were needed. They replaced both. Had dealer check 2 recalls that were listed. The first one was for the pillar carped fire hazard, and the second one was for the door handles freezing. Had the dealer check the grinding sound coming from the sunscreen. They have to replace the rail assembly and will be ordering the parts. The parts should be in to the dealer in about 1.5 weeks. I was working with Bon from the dealership. The dealer had my truck from Tuesday, through the next Wednesday. They rented me a truck throughfrom Wednesday through Wednesday.

Changed the oil early because a warning for low engine oil cane one one time and I had to add 2.5 quarts of oil. Had them update the sync3 system because it would not let me update it.
