Did it myself - SuperTech 15W40 and Motorcraft FL300 filter; new gasket on drain plug. 4+ quarts in; last quart holding until I can check on level ground.

I did oil (Rotella 15W40), oil filter (Motorcraft FL-300), and air filter (AC Delco don't_remember_the_number), along with tightening up the rack bolts.
