Seems like filling up at a low to medium fuel pump rate helps! I genuinely only did about 100 miles at higher speeds, which was driving at a genuine 70mph for >10 minutes to bring the exhaust up to temperature to burn off the DPF soot. The rest was city. Sainsburys regular diesel used.
