Changed number 7 injector heavy smoke at idle prior, B rate -4.8, installed New MA injector new o rings, new heavy duty return line bolts new return seals, injection pipes were ultrasonic cleaned blown out with air, no corrosion was present, ensured no leaks, Changed oil, oil filter, three fuel filters, and transmission filter

Ran 20 oz sea foam in less than 9 gal of fuel also filled fuel filters with sea foam and ran 5 minutes 2 hr hotsoak ran hard for 30 minutes after filled with fuel

Replace water pump due to leak, replacement is new a c delve water pump and housing both gear and impeller were welded to shaft replaced fan clutch due to cross threading.

Flushed cooling system 10 times with distilled water, after thermocure, no rust present in the coolant, just black garbage which is the rust converted to non oxodized material, drain and fill of coolant is 2.5 gallons, 6 gallons total capacity, filled with 50/50 Preston’s dexcool and distilled water, will drain and flush again in a couple of months.

Inspected wiring harness, tested for bad FICM with flow chart from all data, all wires look good, inspected injector terminals found #8 injector terminals finger tight,retorqued all in injectors on drivers side resealed valve cover, went through engine harness and retapped or recovered and damaged loom or peeling tape. Dielectric grease added to all connectors after cleaning with electrical cleaner, reassembled found some rust in recently changed coolant added thermocure from evapo rust. Running to and from work and will flush till clean. Truck no longer throwing injector 8 fault. No longer cutting 4cylinders out. Oil changed due to diesel contamination occurring while removing hardlines for injectors.

Changed oil to rotella synthetic t5 5w40, moblile 1 303 oil filter changed transmission fluid with Allison fluid 2 gallons and changed transmission spin on filter, inspected under carriage, greased all suspension and steering components, and u joints, inspected tcase, appears to still have a small leak out of the output yoke, added power steering fluid, and a half gallon distilled water to coolant system.

Broken clip in tcase punched hole and leaked fluid, replaced with aluminum tcase rear half, installed MA pump rub kit, inspected case bearings, all were good and tight, installed MA tcase brace, changed yoke on driveshaft for nickel plated unit, also replace u joint for the yoke. New rear output seal as well. Filled with 3 qts of Mobil one synthetic 5w20
