Inner tie rod on drivers side was loose, upon disassembly noted power steering rack was leaking, replaced with rebuilt steering rack from NAPA, swapped rubber pushing a for Daystar polyurethane bushings, installed MOOG problem solver inner and outer tie Rods. Filled with GM ACDelco fluid and cycled engine not start to bleed system, cycled multiple times and exercised unit to bleed fluid. Rack bolts were torqued to 136ft lbs and tie rod castle nuts torqued to 44 ft lbs. everything else tightened by feel, blue loctite applied to threads of inner tie rods.
