Removed Pioneer Front/rear speakers, Pioneer head unit/Scosche bracket, MTX Subwoofers/Sub Box/Pioneer Subwoofer Amplifier, Camaro Seats, LED dome/trunk/license plate bulbs. Installed stock Front/rear speakers, AM/FM/Tape Radio and Cavalier seats. Replaced rear white steel wheels/General Altimax Arctic tires with original steel wheels - one with Falken ZIEX ZE-612 and one with Kuhmo Solus KR-21 tires (both worn on outer edge). MES 2.25" Mandrel-Bent Downpipe and Cold Air Intake remaining on vehicle, front General Altimax Arctic tires also remaining on bent steel wheels.

Ran vehicle off road in heavy rain (could not see edge of road - or the road's curve), hit the curb head on and then 200 feet later a fire hydrant. Bent subframe, broken front left axle, damaged/broken front left fender, broken front left headlight frame, broken front left turn signal, broken front left parking light, damaged front fasica, bent front wheels, damaged radiator, damaged AC condensor, damaged radiator lower support, bent front left lower sill - driver door now has 1/2" open gap to weatherstrip at the top, floor jack went through rust at pinch flange due to sill damage. Vehicle not repairable.

Changed oil (5211.0 miles on oil). Replaced with 1 qt Mobil Super 5000 and 3 qt Mobil Super High Mileage (Synthetic Blend) and AC Delco Filter. Used new Drain Plug Gasket.

Swapped to new General Altimax Arctic 195/65R15 winter tires; 325.52 on Falcon ZIEX-612/Kuhmo KR-21 tires since rotation on 11/5/16; Set tire pressure to 40 psi.

Drained (new) oil, installed oil pan drain plug gasket, refilled with same oil. Added 0.1 qt new Mobil 5000 5W-30 oil.

Installed dual 12" MTX Thunder6000 subwoofers, in Belva box, with Pioneer GM-D8601 Monoblock amplifier. Replaced Driver door weatherstrip. Inflated all tires to 40psi.
