Filler neck vent tube may have been blocked, causing fuel to spray out of the fuel line connected to it due to pressure, leading to poor fuel economy. Unclogged tube (maybe paint?), cut separating fuel hose end off, replaced onto fuel vent. Lost ~0.1 gallon of fuel during this.
