~20 Minutes Idling to tune carburetor. Idle Mix Screws set to 4.5 turns out ("base setting"). TPS voltage set to 0.56V at 700 RPM curb idle, MCS Dwell set to varying between 28-32 degrees at idle via Idle Air Bleed.
