Amsoil Signature Series 10-40w and Mann filter installed. Oil and filter darker than usual after BG intake and Cataclean treatment. Vacuumed oil out and it was a dramatically cleaner and easier process.

Brad replaced the two crucial plastic coolant hoses (one which was broken and soon would be an issue) plus all the other hoses between and under the manifolds. Car runs audibly better but MPG is still an issue. The brake fluid was also bled and replaced with Bosch.Valve cover gasket replaced.

Brad installed a valve tree to alleviate an EGR blockage that triggered a CEL. He also installed a URO driver side window regulator( the rivets near the hinge are loose and slow the process).

Used a turkey baster to suck out 4oz of the old power steering fluid and then replaced with RP Synchromax. Turned the steering wheel over 5 times back and forth and then sucked out and replaced 4 more oz. Old stuff was dark but not black,

Drained and refilled gear box with Royal Purple Syncromax. Did it myself. Old stuff was still cherry red but gear box was getting a tad notchy.

Drained and refilled differential with Amsoil 75W-140. Did it myself. Old stuff was a bit dark but not bad for 35k miles.

Fixed drivers window regulator. It's fine to 3/4's down but falls off the guide rail after. Reattached drivers door panel too. It's solid now.Used phillips screws instead of torx.

Genuine BMW fuel sending unit and seal self installed. Eliminated the gas leak after fill up.

Had Bob at El Camino install Textar front brakes (same part # as BMW OEM) and Pierburg air pump valve (EGR). Had it towed to him after it didn't start on Sunday night. He couldn't find anything wrong but did access and clean up the ECM with contact cleaner.
