#30 torx and 7mm socketw/small 1/4 ratchet and 13 mm wrench are required tools. Mobil1 Extended Performance Oil Filter M1-102A (Listed as 99% efficiency 20K miles or 1 year, lol). Mobil 1 5W-30 Synthetic Motor Oil - 5.7 liters.(Bought 1 5qt Jug (from Walmart) and 1 Quart container. 30 torx for 7 panel screws ( 3 in back and for in front. Take out back 3 first. Reinstall front 4 first) and 7mm socket for 2 panel screws (middle on side). 13 mm wrench for magnetic oil drain plug. Attached dimple magnets to new filter. Reinstalled Dimple magnetic drain plug M12 1.75 21mm thread length with o-ring. Reset oil reminder. Turn power on ( do not start it). MAKE SURE all doors are shut! Hold brake and accelerator pedals down. In a few seconds will indicate reset is in process. After 20-30 seconds will indicate that the reminders has been reset! NOTE WELL, Fill with 5 quart jug, then almost the entire quart. Full level is indicated by the top small hole....not the hatch mark which end below the top small hole! Engine lubricant oil capacity with filter change: 5.4 liter / 5.7 U.S. qt / 4.8 imp. qt

Replaced spark plugs. OEM Ford Motorcraft SP-550 CYFS-12Y-PCT. Took about 90 minutes. Idle was much smoother after replacement.

Replaced cabin air filter with Purolator Boss Fabreze PBC36174 Cabin Air Filter. 7/64 hex drive (Torx 20 works too) to remove screw on the bottom of the panel. Use electric hand-driver in dad's black craftsman drill case. 30 mo free replacement...receipt placed in glove box. Bought and installed new InterState Battery, MTP-96R, 590 CCA from Regional Tire ( parts dept Al's online auto parts INC.) for 98.24 plus 6.51 tax. Replaced air filter with FRAM FDA11114 bought online from Advanced auto parts. There are four(4) 8mm hex bolts that hold the air box cover. There is a tab on the filter that fits into slot on the bottom of the air box. Vacuum out the debris from the air box.

Replaced cabin air filter with PureFlow Cabin Air Filter PC6174X Filter. ( Amazon ) 7/64 hex drive (Torx 20 works too) to remove screw on the bottom of the panel. NOTE: The black/gray side foam gasket should be towards the front of the car. Use electric hand-driver in dad's black craftsman drill case.
